Farrell's Des Moines is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the importance of nutrition since our very first 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to better results! But knowing what to eat can be difficult—especially with so much conflicting information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will get results—and you’ll feel the change in your body and mind that only wholesome food can deliver.

We tailor your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel limited. You can still go out to eat, and you can still enjoy the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any setting. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to answer questions and give you recommendations. They will check your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Plus, you can always find delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at all meals. Your whole Farrell's Family will be here to support you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include distinct instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we advise members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or mix it up to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat the same meals each day for an entire week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
